This performance project is an individualised program based on assessing and addressing deficiencies in flexibility strength and functional capacity. Engage in a rebuilding process over the course of 2-8 weeks to better manage wear and tear while eradicating inefficient movement patterns so you can enjoy moving better on the road, court or course for decades to come.

I use a variety of pain free fascial techniques to facilitate an unwinding of common postural strain patterns towards restoring homeostasis. Improve sleep and posture.
